Evidence

The status of a claim travels with the claim.

This program includes published conceptual work, submitted working papers, proposed evaluations, developing measurement instruments, and unresolved questions. Those are different research objects, and each publication and project page identifies what has been argued, what has been observed, and what still requires testing.

Evidence status

Four states used on this site

Labels describe what kind of support a claim presently has. They are not quality scores, and they should change when the underlying evidence changes.

Proposed

Proposed

A construct, requirement, instrument, or explanation offered for criticism and testing. Not yet empirically established.

Preliminary

Preliminary evidence

An observation supported by limited evidence whose scope does not yet justify broad generalization.

Published

Published analysis

An argument available in a public repository with identifiable authorship, date, citation, and stated limitations.

Unresolved

A question, conflict, or boundary that remains open because the available evidence or reasoning does not settle it.

Where evidence practice is defined and tested

  • Methods Architecture — the full evidence-status, evaluation, provenance, and versioning policy, including the minimum publication record required before any evaluation score is released.
  • Evaluations — the proposed Authority Transfer and Revalidation evaluation and the case registry; no model results are currently published.
  • Evaluation Specification v0.1 — the current public design draft.
  • OD-HAP-01 — the one executable pre-pilot protocol on this site, with a completed reference execution (RUN-002) and a defined next validation gate (SUT-02).

Current boundary: no model evaluation results are published on this site.
